What we do
Free eye-screening camps
Our team runs free eye-screening camps with community partners including the Kanyakumari District Blindness Prevention Society and Lions Club Nagercoil — offering free consultations, eye drops, and screening for people who might not otherwise reach specialist eye care.
JM Charitable Trust
JM Charitable Trust — free eye medical camps and quality eye care for all — is managed by Bejan Singh Eye Hospital. Its work includes camp-based screening, treatment support, and outreach to local schools.
Diabetic eye-health awareness
Diabetic Retinopathy awareness camps and displays, led by Dr. Rooshitha Bejan Singh, encourage regular eye checks for people with diabetes — a leading and largely preventable cause of vision loss when caught early.
College & institutional camps
A free eye checkup camp was conducted at Narayanaguru College of Engineering (25 March 2025) in collaboration with the Kanyakumari District Blindness Control Society, part of an ongoing series of institutional outreach camps.
Needs hospital confirmation
This page is built from camp photos and posts found in the hospital's own social media archive (2022–2025) — it is very likely incomplete. This is a private limited company, so formal CSR-committee disclosures (Companies Act Section 135) may or may not apply; please confirm whether that governance structure exists and should be published, and share a current, complete list of ongoing outreach partnerships, camp schedules, and any measurable impact (people screened, surgeries sponsored, camps run per year) that's safe to publish.
